Quick answers, no guesswork.

Common questions about tracking your training and looking after your GainLine account.

How do I log a strength workout?

Open your workout routine or start a blank session, add exercises, and record your sets, reps, and weights. Finish the session to save it to your workout history.

Can I track cardio, sport, and recovery too?

Yes. Use the activity log to record sessions as cardio, sport, or recovery. These entries are separate from detailed strength workout sessions.

How do I log food and macros?

Open the nutrition area to add a food entry with calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Daily totals use the entries you record.

Where can I see my history?

Your profile includes workout history and activity. Nutrition shows the food and macro entries for the selected day.

How do friends and shared workouts work?

Find or add friends in the social area. Workouts shared with your friends can appear in the friends feed with session and exercise details.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the sign-in screen, choose the password reset option and follow the instructions sent to your account email. If you signed in with Apple, continue using Apple sign-in.

How do I delete my account?

Open your profile and choose the account deletion option. You’ll be asked to confirm before deletion. Account deletion is permanent and removes your account and associated synced data.

What happens to activity logs if I change devices?

Some entries, including standalone activity logs, are stored on the device. They may not transfer automatically to a new device. Workout sessions, routines, and signed-in nutrition data use your account’s sync where configured.

Is GainLine medical advice?

No. GainLine is a workout and nutrition tracking tool, not medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
